As Business Manager at Gravitas, Michael is responsible for the IT permanent market in Munich, where he works closely with both clients and candidates.
Michael's passion for recruitment stems from the unique opportunities he finds it presents. It not only allows him to gain profound insights into various industries, but also offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple clients. He particularly enjoys IT recruitment because there is so much to learn from candidates and Heads of IT/CTOs.
He believes this knowledge enables him to solve complex hiring challenges while offering excellent solutions on both sides. However, the most rewarding aspect of recruitment for Michael is when candidates thank him after being placed or when I client is delighted with his work in finding the
right hire.
Outside of work Michael loves going to the gym, playing the piano, and playing tennis. He also enjoys science, technology, and photography.
