This role involves taking responsibility for managing and developing the company's Microsoft server systems and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure. You will support and expand both internal systems and those of long-standing clients, including network development based on UniFi, virtual environment management using HyperV, and maintaining communication systems such as Starface. Additionally, you will oversee security infrastructure, including camera surveillance, and work on Smart-Building automation projects utilizing Loxone, contributing to innovative automation solutions and ongoing system enhancements.

Role Overview:

This position is critical in maintaining and developing a company-wide IT environment that supports business operations and customer projects. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and forward-looking IT systems in a dynamic setting.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft-Server Systems, UniFi, network technology, virtualization (HyperV), and Starface
• Practical experience with Loxone in planning and developing building automation systems
• Valid driving license, Class B

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining Microsoft server infrastructure to ensure stability and security
• Developing and supporting network landscapes, including WLAN environments and monitoring on UniFi platforms
• Overseeing virtualization environments with HyperV, including performance optimization and capacity planning
• Administering Starface telephony systems, including user and rights management and system development
• Ensuring security infrastructure such as camera surveillance functions reliably
• Planning, designing, and implementing automation projects with Loxone, maintaining detailed documentation and sustainability standards
