Gravitas Expands Their Technology Recruitment Expertise into Germany

Our Gravitas family continues its international expansion with the momentous opening of two new offices in the heart of Germany’s technology hubs, Munich, and Frankfurt.
The decision to lead this energetic approach into the German market was fuelled by customer demands, and innovation within IT development in the region.
These offices will be headed by Guido Sieber, who brings 13 years leadership experience in Germany and Europe, working for a technology-focussed international recruitment company, where he ultimately led sales efforts of over 160 million euros in revenue as Group CEO.
Guido will be supported in this growth with Kumar Gawri who brings 16 years recruitment experience, 8 which were focused in Germany.
Guido commented on his new appointment saying, “I am really excited to be joining the team, and I have positive feelings about where Gravitas is headed. I wanted to find an opportunity where I was surrounded by people that have the same energy, and I feel like I’ve got that with Gravitas.”
