This role involves managing and enhancing the SharePoint environment (both online and on-premises), designing solutions based on web technologies and Microsoft 365, particularly MS Teams, and providing third-level support and user training. The position is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and adoption of digital collaboration tools within the organization, enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
Role Overview:
This position supports the administration and ongoing development of the company's SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. It plays a key part in delivering innovative collaboration solutions and maintaining the stability of core platforms, ensuring users can fully leverage Microsoft 365 tools in their daily workflows.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience with SharePoint and MS Teams
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and its application options
• Proficiency with Web Technologies, Workflows, and Visual Collaboration Tools
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• High problem-solving ability and independent working style
• Team-oriented with the ability to support and advise users in a technical environment
• Fluent in German and competent in English
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and develop the SharePoint environment (online & on-premises) and related applications
• Conceptualize and implement solutions based on Web Technologies and Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams
• Provide Betrieb, Implementation, and 3rd Level Support for Microsoft 365, focusing on SharePoint and MS Teams issues
• Advise users on optimal utilization of solutions and develop measures to increase user adoption
• Select, implement, and further develop platform solutions such as survey, data exchange, and visual collaboration tools
• Maintain and improve existing platforms and develop new solutions aligned with business needs
Requirements:
• Completed degree in Informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in SharePoint and MS Teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and its applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High problem-solving skills, autonomous working style, and strong teamwork orientation
• Fluent in German and able to communicate effectively in English
Nice to Have (Optional):
• Proficiency with DE Infra Azure AD, DE Infra AD, and Office 365
