Role Overview:
The role involves administering and supporting the core banking system, analysing and redesigning banking processes, and collaborating with different business units. It is vital in helping the organisation improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support ongoing IT projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Ideally experience with the banking application agree21
• Knowledge of IT-supported banking processes and high IT affinity
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a cross-departmental perspective
Key Responsibilities:
• Administration and management of the core banking system
• Analysis, optimisation, and redesign of banking processes in collaboration with relevant departments
• Supporting cross-functional projects and internal teams with IT and organisational issues
• Assisting in the implementation of supervisory and regulatory requirements from an organisational standpoint
• Managing user permissions and competencies
Requirements:

• Good understanding of bank-related IT processes and systems
• Relevant professional experience or qualifications in banking or IT roles
