Role Overview:
This position is essential for ensuring the reliable operation of the company's IT systems. Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with IT support or operational IT operations
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation, Active Directory, Exchange, M365
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Skills in network infrastructure, including Aruba
• Understanding of virtualization and server management
• Ability to manage software distribution and client management
• Knowledge of identity, rights, and device management (on-premises and cloud)
• Proficiency in DE Infra WLAN, DE Infra WAN, and DE Infra Windows Server
• Interest in modern working methods and new technologies
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first- and second-level support for end-users
• Diagnose, isolate, and fix issues within client, server, and application environments
• Support the management of Windows clients, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Assist with changes, updates, and rollouts
• Manage system administration and infrastructure, including server and system landscape development
• Participate in the development of virtualization, network, storage, and backup solutions
• Implement security measures and technical standards
• Maintain technical documentation and system overviews
• Support identity, device, and policy management
• Assist with automations and digitalization projects
Requirements:
• Completed IT training or degree, or comparable practical experience
• Right to work in the region
• Willingness to participate in future on-call scheduling
• Based on-site availability
