Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to supervise and develop a team responsible for IT security, control systems, and forecasting, ensuring the smooth operation and evolution of critical systems within the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and interfaces
• Experience with SCADA systems preferred
• Analytical mindset with structured working approach
• Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the team in the areas of IT security, control systems, and forecasts
• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimise operational workflows
• Design and enhance control system concepts, including system consolidation and modernization
• Manage budgets related to system operations and investments
• Coordinate and integrate interfaces such as Lovion and Redispatch 2.0
• Introduce and incorporate AI-based monitoring solutions for data analysis and process improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and interface management
• Experience with SCADA systems is advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical and methodical working style
• Eligibility to work on-site
