Role Overview:
The IT System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT systems, ensuring operational stability and security across all endpoint and server environments as part of a multidisciplinary IT team.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Completed qualification as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support and system administration, particularly within Windows environments (Windows Server, Windows 11)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and usage
• Familiarity with server virtualization and networking (switches, VLANs, etc.)
• Understanding of data backup, recovery, IT security, and data protection practices
• Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with a structured, independent, and analytical work approach
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, resolving issues promptly
• Manage and maintain assigned system components, including installation, configuration, and updates
• Oversee user management, system availability, and data security measures
• Administer servers, networks, and user accounts, ensuring reliable operation of Microsoft 365 environment
• Participate actively in IT projects and system upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation within internal knowledge bases
• Conduct training sessions for employees on IT systems and best practices
Requirements:
• Right to work in Europe
• Location: on-site at Sauldorf, with hybrid working arrangements possible
• Availability to start: 06/07/2026
• Engagement in a permanent employment setting
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration is preferred but not mandatory, with training provided if needed
