Role Overview:
The Systemadministrator is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's IT systems, supporting digital initiatives, and ensuring the security and functionality of IT infrastructure. The role involves ongoing system management, project management, and technical support, with a focus on seamless operations and strategic IT development.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Degree or qualification in Informatics, IT-Administration, or a similar field
• First professional experience in IT-Administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in managing ERP systems (ideally Abas)
• Experience with network technologies, IT security, and virtualization
• Understanding of integrating manufacturing machines into IT systems via interfaces
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Self-driven and organized work approach
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the existing ERP system, including interfaces to manufacturing machines
• Maintain and support the PC and laptop infrastructure (~30 devices)
• Handle network administration and IT security management
• Plan and implement new IT projects to increase efficiency, such as process digitization and automation solutions
• Support employees technically with hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot ERP and manufacturing interface problems
• Engage in succession planning, including onboarding and eventual responsibility transfer from the current IT Systemadministrator
Requirements:
• Right to work in the location
• Completed study or training in IT or related fields
• Initial experience in IT administration, ideally in a production setting
• Knowledge of ERP systems management (preferably Abas)
• Familiarity with network technologies, IT security, and virtualization
• Understanding of interfacing manufacturing systems with IT
