Role Overview:
As an IT-Systemadministrator, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's Windows-based IT infrastructure. Your work will include handling network and security components, supporting IT compliance standards, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, supporting various projects, and ensuring the stability of ERP systems within a mid-sized company.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with DE Infra Azure AD, DE Infra AD, and DE Infra MS Exchange
• Good understanding of Windows Server and client administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management under iOS
• Practical experience in 1st- and 2nd-Level Support, ideally also in 3rd-Level support
• Ability to manage network and security components, backups, and IT documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, independent working style
• Interest in digitalization and IT process optimization
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and continuously improve the Windows-based IT infrastructure
• Administer and maintain network and security systems, backup solutions, and monitoring tools
• Handle support requests via the ticket system, providing efficient resolution
• Support compliance with IT security and data privacy standards
• Update and expand IT documentation and monitoring environments
• Lead and execute infrastructure and digitalization projects independently
• Assist in the development and support of the company's ERP landscape
• Contribute to strategic IT planning aligned with company growth and digital goals
