Role Overview:
This position is responsible for the operational leadership of the IT security team and the management of the organization’s security infrastructure. It plays a key role in safeguarding the company's digital assets through strategic planning, incident response coordination, and stakeholder communication within a broader cybersecurity effort.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Completed higher education or training in computer science or related fields
• Experience in team leadership
• Several years of experience in designing and operating complex IT security systems
• Knowledge of security assessments and penetration testing
• Familiarity with compliance standards and guidelines, especially in healthcare and BSI Basic Protection framework
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and assertiveness skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the IT security team, ensuring a secure and stable operation of security systems
• Develop and implement operational security strategies
• Manage security incident responses and coordinate with external service providers and internal stakeholders
• Generate regular security reports and briefings for relevant stakeholders
• Advise on compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Monitor market and technological developments, integrating relevant innovations
Requirements:
